This is a senior‐level role requiring strong functional expertise in HR and Payroll systems, as well as the ability to partner closely with Finance and HR stakeholders.The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands‐on IT project management experience, business-facing communication skills, and a process improvement mindset. Experience with the Deel platform is strongly preferred - Not required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple enterprise IT initiatives, including payroll implementation, time tracking systems, and benefits platformsPartner with Finance and HR teams to assess business needs and translate them into system requirementsDrive process improvement initiatives to streamline and optimize HR and Payroll system usageManage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication across teamsOversee project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesRequired Qualifications8–10+ years of IT Project Management experienceStrong functional knowledge of HR and Payroll systemsProven experience supporting or leading payroll system implementationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated strength in stakeholder and expectation managementPreferred QualificationsExperience with Deel.com (or other modern payroll platforms)Background working closely with Finance and HR organizationsProcess improvement and change management experienceThis opportunity is ideal for a senior‐level IT Project Manager who excels in cross‐functional collaboration and complex system implementations within HR and Payroll environments.
