Job Overview:
We are looking for a Software Developer who thrives in an AI-enhanced development environment. This role is ideal for someone who views AI as a core collaborator in the software development process—leveraging it to build, improve, and maintain web applications and APIs efficiently. Deep C# expertise isn’t required; what matters most is your ability to effectively partner with AI tools and apply sound engineering judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications and APIs using C# and .NET with AI assistance
Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development, debug issues, and explore solutions
Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to meet quality and business requirements
Decompose complex problems to generate accurate and actionable AI outputs
Document solutions and share AI-driven development practices with the team
Stay current with emerging AI tools and methodologies to continuously improve productivity
Required Skills & Experience:
Practical knowledge of C#, .NET, and core web development concepts
Proven experience using AI tools in daily development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar)
Ability to write clear, effective prompts that yield reliable results
Strong judgment in assessing AI-generated code—knowing what to accept, modify, or discard
Solid conceptual understanding of web applications and API architecture
Adaptability and eagerness to learn as AI technologies evolve
Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical decisions
Mandatory Qualifications
Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science/IT.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with C# and the .NET Framework
Self-motivated, proactive learner with the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and application development
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required)
Exposure to U.S. mortgage, real estate, or title insurance domains is a plus
Preferred experience
Experience with multiple AI coding platforms and an understanding of their strengths
Familiarity with cloud platforms and/or CI/CD pipelines
Experience in additional programming languages (AI-assisted learning welcomed)
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
