Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinator- Chiropractic office has opening in administrative, non-medical position. Primary duties include operating as a liaison between the doctor and patient, preparing and presenting proposed treatment recommendations, handling all insurance/ financials for proposed care, patient education, & operating as point of contact for treating patients. Skills required; multitasking, attention to detail, good memory and basic math. Compassionate and people-person personality is ideal for this position. Dependability, punctuality, and professional demeanor are a must. No particular level of education is required, training will be provided. Duties may include- - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations - Assist with organizing and coordinating events or meetings - Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong communication skills- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Customer service-oriented mindset Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
