As a trusted partner to VP-level leaders, you will be more than an assistant—you will be a strategic resource, problem-solver, and key contributor to delivering remarkable healthcare.What You’ll DoProvide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to department leadersManage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports and presentationsHandle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretionServe as a key point of contact and resource for staff, supporting communication and coordination of departmental prioritiesSupport both virtual and in-person meetings using modern collaboration toolsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiencyWork independently and collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsEducation & ExperienceEducation:High School Diploma or GED, required4-year / Bachelor’s Degree, preferredExperience:Minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience, requiredRequired Skills & CompetenciesCommunication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem-solving.
