Program Manager - Master Data Initiatives-Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager - Master Data Initiatives-Remote to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a consumer-facing environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $125,000 annuallyResponsibilities Organize, plan, and monitor execution of master data build tasks Develop and refine internal processes within the Master Data group Collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables and deadlines Manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for initiatives Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership Organize intake of new master data requests for prioritization Facilitate change management and training for successful solution adoption Identify risks related to data integration and implement mitigation strategies Measure and report on project effectiveness and contribution to objectivesQualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in program or project management focused on data management or governance Proven track record in delivering complex data projects in large organizations Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management best practices Understanding of master data management, data quality, and governance frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with SAP, Salsify, and PMP certification is a plusBenefits Supportive work environment for maximum performance Opportunities for personal and professional development Community engagement initiatives available Competitive benefits package including discounts and employee purchase optionsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
