Sr. Cloud Platform EngineerDuration: 6 Months (CTH) (50% Onsite role)Location: Plano TX, Austin TX Chicago IL, Columbus OH, Jersey City NJPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of relevant software engineering experienceExperience in open-source developmentExperience with TerraformExperience developing micro servicesExperience building and running large scale, multi-tenant distributed data systemsHands-on experience in managing life cycle of services on KubernetesExperience in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, Azure with container orchestration technology like KubernetesGood knowledge of networking(HTTP, TLS, DNS) to troubleshoot network issuesProficiency in more than one programming language(C++, Java, Golang, Python)Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management and runtimesKnowledge of DevOps practicesExperience with Observability – OpenTelemetry implementationResponsibilities:Create GitOps based event-driven high performance pipelines and tooling to fully automate the software delivery process.Work collaboratively with Banking developer communities.
