We’re looking for someone competitive, hungry, and energized by building relationships and creating opportunities.As a BDR at Clicki, you’ll be on the front lines of growth. You’ll identify high-intent prospects, run outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our sales team. You’ll work directly with leadership, help shape outreach strategy, and play a major role in scaling one of the fastest-growing referral platforms in home services.Daily responsibilities include:Prospecting and outbound outreachQualifying inbound and outbound opportunitiesManaging pipeline activity inside our CRMBooking demos for Account ExecutivesFollowing up quickly with high-intent leadsCollaborating with marketing and sales leadership on growth initiativesThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into tech sales or accelerate their career inside a fast-growing startup environment.QualificationsStrong communication skills with confidence on the phone, over email, and via SMSHighly competitive, self-motivated, and coachableAbility to manage pipeline activity and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentExperience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or business development is a plusFamiliarity with CRMs and sales tools is helpful but not requiredComfortable handling rejection and staying persistentDriven by growth, performance, and career advancementBachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate
