Job Title: Tier 2 Desktop Support ConsultantLocation: New York, NY 10019 (Onsite)Duration: 12 MonthsWork Hours: 37.5 hours per weekShift: Midnight Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) – Fully OnsitePosition Overview:The Consultant will be required to be fully onsite for the midnight shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) and will serve as part of a 24/7 on-site support team. The consultant will provide Tier 2 technical support at the Rail Control Center, Power Control Center, and Backup Rail Control Center facilities.The role involves installing, updating, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network systems supported by the Technology Department. The consultant will support Microsoft and Apple operating systems, perform system administration tasks, and coordinate technical initiatives across departments.The candidate may be required to report to various facilities depending on work assignments.
