Job OverviewJob Summary-The Project Support Coordinator at R. B. Hinkle Construction plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various projects. This position provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to project managers and teams, contributing to the successful delivery of construction and engineering initiatives.Job Responsibilities-Assist project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, proactively identifying potential issues and assisting in their resolution.Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring timely information flow.Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, adhering to company financial procedures.Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting logistics for project personnel.Prepare and distribute project reports, summaries, and updates as required.Support the onboarding of new project team members, including providing necessary resources and information.Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and presentations.Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned to ensure project success.Job Qualifications-High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.Company OverviewR.B.
