Client Account Executive
A company is looking for a Client Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Drive account growth through strategic expansion initiatives and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building trusted advisor relationships and conducting regular account reviews
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and effective solution delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
1-3 years of B2B inside sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably in IT services or cybersecurity
Prior experience selling or supporting technology solutions in a consultative environment
Strong understanding of MSP service models and subscription-based services
Experience working remotely in a quota-carrying role
