The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment, bringing a blend of creativity, analytical acumen, and leadership to our innovative brand.Position Summary: The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the casual dining industry, a proven track record in marketing leadership, and the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, traditional media, and public relations. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and culinary, to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including creative, media, and PR agencies. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant. Qualifications:Over 10 years of progressive experience in brand development. At least 5 years of experience managing a marketing department. Proven track record in budget and project management, with significant experience in management and profit & loss (P&L) oversight. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Flexibility to travel as needed and work evenings and weekends as required.
