We're actively hiring for a full-time Electro-Mechanical Assembler, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.If you enjoy hands-on work, building precision assemblies, and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working on innovative manufacturing projects.What You'll DoPerform a variety of testing functions on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and mechanical assembliesExecute functional, flying probe, in-circuit (ICT), component programming, J-Tag, HiPot, sub-assembly, and final system-level testingFollow established test procedures and work instructionsTroubleshoot PCBs down to the component levelComplete required documentation, including data collection and test recordsIdentify failure trends and support root cause analysisWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience as a Test Technician or in a similar roleExperience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, analyzers, and frequency countersFamiliarity with ICT and flying probe test equipment preferredAbility to read and interpret schematic diagramsStrong computer skills and basic math abilitiesGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to read and write in EnglishHigh school diploma or GED (technical training or electronics certification preferred)ScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PMWe offer flexible scheduling options-we're happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.Why You'll Love Working HereEnjoy a relaxed, team-focused culture where your work is valued, plus great perks like:Weekly treats (Popcorn Mondays, Chips & Salsa Wednesdays, Soft Serve Thursdays)Early release on FridaysFree coffee dailyOn-site fitness and recreation centerApply today and start building your future with Cirtronics.
