Historically, these roles are extended for an additional year.Visas Accepted: USC, GC, GC EAD, H1BRole OverviewPTC - PC Refresh Tech will support the IT-00149-01-03 PC Refresh project in a fully on-site role in Middletown, PA.Primary ResponsibilitiesInventory and organize IT equipmentUnbox and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessoriesApply Windows 11 OS image using SCCM and IntuneInstall software in Windows 11 environmentUpdate asset records in ServiceNowDeploying assets as requiredAssist with decommissioning old equipmentResources must abide by all published IT Standards, including those atBusiness casual attire (jeans acceptable)All tools and equipment provided by PTCRequired Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging toolsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructions preciselyGood communication and time management skills
