The role involves inventory tracking, software installation, asset documentation, and assisting with equipment setup and decommissioning while adhering to established IT procedures and schedules.Duties:Inventory, organize, and track IT equipment and hardware assetsUnbox, configure, and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and related accessories for deploymentApply Windows 11 operating system images using SCCM and IntuneInstall and configure software within a Windows 11 environmentUpdate and maintain asset records and documentation in ServiceNowDeploy IT equipment and assets as needed to support operational requirementsAssist with decommissioning and retirement of outdated equipmentFollow established IT standards, procedures, and operational guidelinesMaintain accurate records while adhering to detailed instructions and timelinesRequired Skills:High School Diploma requiredBasic knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging tools requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs requiredStrong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely requiredGood communication and time management skills requiredAbility to pass required background screenings required
