The company values reliability, attention to detail, and employees who take pride in supporting day-to-day operations.ResponsibilitiesThe Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle AP and supporting the accounting team with vendor payments and invoice processing.Process vendor invoices and perform three-way matchingHandle approximately 30 invoices per week, with a strong focus on accuracyEnter invoices into the ERP systemAssist with payment processing via ACH and check runsHelp determine invoices to be included in check runsMaintain organized electronic records and assist with the transition from paper to digital filingSave and manage invoices as PDFs for electronic documentationReview and sort spreadsheet data as needed for tracking and reportingQualificationsRequired:At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experienceExperience with digital invoice processing and electronic filingAbility to organize and sort data within spreadsheetsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage manual processesPreferred:Manufacturing industry experienceAdvanced Excel skillsAccounts Payable Specialist Accounts Payable Specialist Accounts Payable Specialist Accounts Payable Specialist Accounts Payable Specialist Accounts Payable Specialist Accounts Payable Specialist#INMAR2026
