Join us and architect the future of Claims Technology at Chubb.In this role, you will:Oversee the end-to-end solution and development, integration and management of our claims platform including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality, driving innovation to enhance user experience, and maintaining the platform's overall performance and reliabilityCollaborate closely with the Product Owner and Domain Leads to establish a product roadmap that incorporates innovative capabilitiesPartner with business and IT stakeholders and product owner to develop and implement new features and technical solutions, playing an active role in design/architecture discussions, engineering solutions to complex business issues, and driving technical software deliveryOptimize technology management and development processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessEngage with business and technical teams to gather and expose requirements through detailed questions to design and architect solutions that integrate business needs with technology capabilities; propose alternate solutions options that consider business need and end user experienceLead and motivate diverse, distributed Chubb and partner teams to ensure efficient and effective application developmentManage development and upkeep of claims Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, adhering to Chubb's standards and IT development frameworksTroubleshoot and debug web applications to ensure optimal performance and functionalityLead rapid development iterations of feature level assignmentsDevelop and manage backend functionalities through REST APIsProvide technical guidance to development team in implementing full stack solutionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field; or equivalent work experienceMinimum 10 years of relevant technical or business work experience with experience demonstrating clear understanding of business process disciplines5-10 years of leading or being a key leader in digital transformation programs or initiatives leveraging the Microsoft development stack including C++, Python, .NET Framework, Asp.net, cloud technology (ideally Azure), DevOps practices (Github, Azure DevOps), data storage (Azure), Power Platform, and AI & Analytics (ideally AzureAI)Deep technical experience with API developmentExperience with Agile development methods and toolsExperience participating in large-scale change projects with aggressive timelinesKnowledge of the insurance industry is strongly desiredWorking knowledge of insurance, finance or similar industries and domainsCRM experience (MS Dynamics strongly preferred)The pay range for the role is $190,000 to $220,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
