Global Holdings offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment backed by a financially strong, diversified multinational organization with a stable source of investment capital. ROLE OVERVIEW:   The Security Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization's physical security program, with a primary focus on managing third-party security vendors and ensuring the protection of personnel, facilities, and assets. Serving as a key operational partner to the Chief Security Officer, this role spans security operations, technology, executive and event security, and investigations, and requires a hands-on approach, regular site presence, and the ability to respond to dynamic security needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:Security Operations & Vendor Oversight· Provide direct oversight of third-party security vendors, ensuring adherence to post orders, contractual obligations, and performance standards· Manage and evaluate a large, geographically dispersed guard force, ensuring consistent service delivery· Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews of vendor personnel and operations· Address operational issues, staffing concerns, and escalations in a timely manner Site Inspections & Risk Assessments· Perform routine and ad hoc site visits, inspections, and security assessments· Identify vulnerabilities and recommend practical mitigation strategies· Ensure physical security measures (access control, CCTV, alarms, etc.) are functioning effectively Protective & Operational Support· Conduct a daily protective escort assignment in accordance with established protocols· Support executive protection and event security operations as needed· Assist with planning and execution of secure movements and special activities Investigations & Incident Response· Assist in or lead preliminary investigations into workplace incidents, security breaches, or safety concerns· Coordinate with the CSO, HR, and Legal as appropriate· Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of incidents Security Technology & Systems· Support the implementation and maintenance of security systems and technology· Assist with troubleshooting and coordination with vendors or IT as needed Administrative & CSO Support· Provide direct support to the CSO on security initiatives, reporting, and operational improvements· Assist with vendor management, budgeting input, and project coordination· Contribute to policy enforcement and continuous improvement of security proceduresExperience:· Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, or security management· Demonstrated experience managing third-party security vendors and large guard forces across multiple locations· Experience in corporate, institutional, or large-scale operational environments preferredEducation:· Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field requiredLICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED):Must possess and maintain one of the following:· Concealed Carry Permit, or· LEOSA (Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act) certification, or· HR-218 / HR-128 equivalent certificationSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:· Strong operational leadership and accountability· Ability to manage vendors and enforce performance standards· Excellent observation, assessment, and problem-solving skills· Effective communication and reporting abilities, verbally and in writing· Sound judgment in security and safety-related decision-making· Professional demeanor with the ability to operate in high-visibility environmentsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The base salary for this role is $125,000–$145,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
