Fence Foreman

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Fence Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of project job sites. This role will supervise a crew of 4–7 fence construction team members and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. This position works closely with project managers and customers to coordinate construction activities, maintain schedules, and ensure quality standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a crew of 4–7 fence construction workers.Train and mentor new employees on job site procedures and safety practices.Coordinate daily job site operations with project managers and customers.Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.Monitor productivity and ensure projects stay within budget.Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.Enforce safety regulations and company policies on-site.Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Valid driver’s license.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a foreman or in a similar leadership role.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.Strong understanding of work optimization and efficiency techniques.Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.Compensation$75,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesWork ScheduleSchedule varies based on project needsMay require overtime and occasional weekend workFrequent overnight travel required (transportation and accommodations provided)BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Health Savings Account (HSA)Life insurancePaid time off
