It is also a great working environment for our staff!BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision benefits, paid vacation, holiday, and sick time off.Responsibilities of the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM):Assures that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and ensure that the dining services department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.Determines quality and quantity of food required; plans menus and controls food costs; may be scheduled to prepare meals.Oversees the food preparation and cooking, to ensure meals are prepared per company procedures.Maintains inventory of food and nonfood items.Requirements of the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM):Must possess a current CDM certification.Must have experience in a long-term care setting.Customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
