Role Description Maxwell Network Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Data Engineer L-1 for a full-time, on-site position in Chicago, IL. The Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics needs. Responsibilities will include data modeling, managing Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, building data warehouses, and ensuring efficient data flow between systems. The Data Engineer will work collaboratively with various teams to enable data-driven insights and solutions. Qualifications Data Engineering expertise, including proficiency in designing and implementing scalable data pipelinesExperience with Data Modeling and Data Warehousing for efficient data storage and retrievalProficiency in "Extract Transform Load (ETL)" processes to manage data transformation and integrationKnowledge of Data Analytics tools and techniques to support decision-making and actionable insightsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldExperience with relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark) is a plusFamiliarity with modern cloud-based data platforms is an advantage
