As part of the program development team, the CLM will educate, train, and assist key stakeholders of sustainable use of technology helping customers achieve their technology program goals.How You'll Create ImpactDevelop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies as well as drive utilization as a key performance indicator for success of the team.Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologiesPartners with Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology casesSupports advanced technology upgrades as requiredProvides on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awarenessResponsible for key administration dutiesPromote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances.Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as requiredProvides support for MedEd events as requiredWhat Makes You Stand Out Proven track record of achieving strong results Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong presentation and demonstration skillsYour Background Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred. Associate’s degree with equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experiencePhysical RequirementsTravel ExpectationsUp to 50%Expected Compensation Range: $115,000 - $140,000 base and $100,000 target bonus for an on-target total earnings $215,000 - $240,000.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
