Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Physician Assistant located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Clinical Physician Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician, including performing physical examinations, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions, and developing treatment plans. Additional duties include patient education, assisting in medical procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with the medical team, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting physical exams, diagnosing health conditions, and developing treatment plans.Strong patient education, counseling, and communication skills.Ability to assist with medical procedures and effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.Experience in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and maintaining accurate documentation.Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and best practices in patient care.National certification as a Physician Assistant and active state license in Florida.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.Commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
