Job DescriptionDescription: This role focuses on developing and delivering data-driven insights through advanced reporting and database management. The position involves working closely with internal stakeholders to create meaningful reports that support operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL and reporting tools, along with a keen eye for data accuracy and presentation.Responsibilities/Skills:Design, develop, and maintain database reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, and other reporting toolsWrite and optimize complex SQL queries, including subqueries, CTEs, and window functionsPerform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare datasets for reporting and analysisCreate and enhance visual reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity and usability for end usersManipulate and analyze data using techniques such as joins, sorting, merging, and pivot tablesQualifications:Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization techniques such as indexing and parameterizationStrong experience with Crystal Reports and report visualization best practicesFamiliarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExperience transforming and analyzing raw data into meaningful insights using various data functionsHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
