Role Description This is for a full-time, on-site role for this coming June 2026 of a Leasing Professional located in Spring, TX. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents, managing the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, ensuring smooth lease administration, and assisting with daily property operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high resident retention rates and representing the community with professionalism and enthusiasm. Must work weekends. Qualifications Proven experience in Resident Retention and the ability to foster positive resident relationshipsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address resident and prospective resident needsExperience with Leases and Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing lease agreementsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work as part of a team and support overall community successProficiency with property management software is a plusPrevious leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred
