Amenities include a resort-style pool by a scenic lake, a fitness center, a golf/game simulator room, and a walking/jogging trail.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Lease Up Leasing Professional at Echo Lake in Spring, TX. In this role, you will oversee daily leasing operations, including showcasing and leasing apartments, processing lease applications, and supporting lease administration. You will interact with prospective and current residents, ensuring a high level of customer service and fostering resident retention through community engagement and problem resolution. Additionally, you will assist with marketing strategies and ensure leasing goals are met.QualificationsExperience in Resident Retention and strong ability to foster positive relationships with residentsExceptional Customer Service skills to create positive experiences for prospective and current residentsProficient in lease administration processes, including preparing and managing lease agreementsStrong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and team membersPrior experience in leasing or property management preferredKnowledge of fair housing laws is a plusProfessional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong marketing experience with a focus on business outreach and social media promotion
