Primarily works on credit card servicingAll of the work will be related to modernization efforts that were paused due to the Union Bank merger – need to have all work complete by EOY, Q1 at the latestModernizing from.NET and legacy Java to a modern Java & GraphQL baseDay to Day:Hands on development in support of the modernizationParticipate in all Scrum ceremoniesBuilding pipelines & deploying code to the new environmentsMust Haves:Senior level – looking for 4-5 years of relevant experienceShould have experience working on a customer-facing digital platform – does not need to be banking related, could be retail, etc.Java, Spring BootJenkins, Kubernetes – should be able to build pipelines and deploy codeSoft skills – need to have good communication, exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum environmentNice to Have:Cloud – open to Azure, AWS, or GCP
