Local-Licensed Nursing Assistant | Contract RoleLocation: Rutland, VT, 05702Duration: 12 weeks ContractWeekly Pay Rate: $456 - $608Shift: 10:00 PM End: 6:00 AMGuaranteed Hours: 38 per week Key Responsibilities:Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feedingTake and record vital signs, weights, and other patient dataSupport mobility needs - repositioning, transferring, and ambulating patientsAnswer call lights and respond promptly to patient needsMaintain a clean and safe environment (change bed linens, sanitize equipment, etc.)Provide emotional support to patients and familiesDocument care provided in medical records or electronic charting systemsCollaborate with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams for quality patient careFollow infection control and safety protocols Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (required)Valid LNA License (required)BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required)6 months to 1 year of LNA experienceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environmentExcellent communication, patience, and teamwork skills.Ready to take the next step?
