Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Shift Information: Nights (7p - 7:30a) Qualifications Active Ohio RN license (required at submission) Current BLS certification Minimum 3 years of recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience (renal experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips Competency test required on Day 1; failure results in immediate contract termination Epic EMR proficiency (mandatory, no training provided) Lack of Epic proficiency results in immediate termination Travel RN – Renal Med-Surg Unit: 21-Bed Renal/Medical-Surgical Shift: 36 hrs/week | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every other weekend required T4H-580 About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
