Software Development Manager

Overview In this Software Development Manager role, you lead a large Windows desktop product (Xactimate Desktop) through feature delivery and platform modernization. You will guide delivery, technical direction, and people leadership for a distributed team across the US and India. You’ll balance ongoing delivery with modernization work, using strong technical judgment to align engineering, product, and business goals. This is a hands-on leadership position with high visibility and meaningful impact on a mission-critical platform.
