Short Description:We are seeking a project coordinator tosupport the Project Management team and related technology initiatives.Complete Description:JobResponsibilities: Plan, organize, and integratecross-functional information technology tasks to deliver specific resultsto customers on time. Schedule meetings, record and distributeproject meeting minutes. Monitor and track project documentationand deliverables. Send follow-ups as necessary to ensureproject activities are completed in a timely manner. Work with project managers and businessteams to document and manage project scope and high-level requirements. Perform project tasks (gatheringrequirements, facilitating design discussions, overseeing applicationdevelopment, testing, training, and roll-out schedules) as required tokeep projects on track. Keep project status and resource forecastscurrent in reporting tools. Use reporting tools to keep customersinformed of project status and to schedule upcoming work. Aiding in the development of statusreporting, communication material such as emails, newsletters, orPowerPoint presentation, updating project schedules and Risks, Actions,Issues, Decisions (RAID) log Provide customer managementresponsibilities, including managing expectations, communicating projectstatus, and reporting on lessons learned and retrospective findings. Maintain effective communication and workingrelationships with project team members. Other responsibilities per managementdiscretion.Local candidates only. The selected candidatewill need to attend onsite meetings as required.Skillsand Competencies: Advanced skills using Microsoft Office tools(Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Asana Excellent written, oral, and presentationSkills Strong organizational, analytical, andproblem-solving skills Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholder groups: executive management, business, and technical teams. Ability to multi-task.Minimum Qualifications: Three years of recent, verifiable, relevant project management experience.Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience implementing large-scall programs.
