It operates with a mission to drive meaningful, research-based changes in literacy education.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Paltz, NY for a Senior Marketing Manager. The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to expand the reach and impact of the Science of Reading Center. Responsibilities include managing digital and traditional marketing channels, planning events, building capacity for marketing efforts, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, building relationships with external partners, and representing the center at public events and conferences as needed. Qualifications Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Branding expertiseStrategic Planning, Campaign Management, Event Planning and Project Management skillsContent Creation, Copywriting, and Communication skillsExperience with Analytics, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Metrics evaluationProficiency with Marketing Software Tools, CRM Systems, and Social Media platforms and Performance Marketing. Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus5+ years of marketing management experience, preferably in education or non-profit sectorsStrong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with literacy education, education policy, or education-focused organizations is advantageous
