SEC Reporting Analyst

A company is looking for an SEC Reporting Analyst to support its Corporate Accounting team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities:Review quarterly 10Q filings for accuracy and compliance with SEC standards Trace financial data to supporting workpapers and validate completeness Prepare and review quarterly accounting memos and summariesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred Proven experience in SEC reporting, preferably in a public company Proficiency in Workiva, OneStream, and Microsoft D365 Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
