Reporting directly to the executive board, you will lead the convergence of marketing, business development, product strategy, and strategic partnerships into a unified growth engine.This is a high-latitude executive role designed for a visionary leader who can anticipate market shifts, build high-value institutional pipelines, and scale cross-functional teams in a remote environment.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth & Market ExpansionDesign, implement, and execute a comprehensive, data-driven global growth strategy aligned with the company’s long-term financial and operational objectives.Identify, evaluate, and capture emerging market opportunities, new verticals, and innovative revenue streams.Oversee macro-level market positioning to ensure Strategzilla remains a dominant voice and a preferred partner in the industry.Revenue Generation & PartnershipsDrive institutional-grade business development efforts, securing high-value strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and enterprise clients.Optimize the end-to-end customer/partner acquisition funnel, leveraging advanced analytics to maximize lifetime value and retention.Collaborate closely with product and technology teams to align product roadmaps with commercial market demand.Leadership & Team ScalingBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing, decentralized team across marketing, sales, and account management functions.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous feedback loops to cultivate a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.Foster an inclusive, high-energy remote work culture that aligns with the company’s core values and operational standards.Qualifications & ExperienceProven Executive Track Record: 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in growth, business development, or commercial strategy, ideally within FinTech, high-growth tech ecosystems, or corporate ventures.Scale Architecture: Demonstrated success in scaling a business from early-to-mid stage to a position of market maturity or driving significant, measurable revenue acceleration.Strategic Ecosystem Building: Strong experience navigating high-level negotiations and managing relationships with institutional partners, corporate executives, or enterprise clients.Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of growth metrics, financial modeling, and performance-based marketing.Remote Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and align cross-functional, fully remote teams across multiple time zones.Location Proximity: While the role is remote, proximity to or alignment with our Miami hub for occasional strategic synchronization is highly valued.
