Branded Production Intern

BDG is seeking an enthusiastic Branded Production Intern to assist a group of production managers on the BDG Studios team. BDG Studios is a full-service creative agency that leverages the BDG editorial vision, audience, and scale to create 360-degree content programs for brand partners. Qualified applicants must express an interest in furthering their experience in production and digital media. We are interested in flexible candidates with production experience, attention to detail, and proactivity.As an intern, you'll get a peek into the ins and outs of branded content and production across multiple verticals - fashion, beauty, entertainment, and more. This role is designed as a hands-on learning experience, where you'll support the team across a range of tasks and gain exposure to different aspects of the production process. Responsibilities may include assisting with production prep, coordinating assets, handling administrative work, and providing support on set for photo and video productions.BDG's 2026 Internship Program is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience at one of the fastest-growing digital media companies today. Our immersive program gives each intern the chance to explore and develop their interests through executive mentorship, career training, professional development seminars and workshops, collaborative projects, off-site events, and more.This is a paid, part-time opportunity beginning June 1, 2026, and runs through August 7, 2026. Candidates should be available to work up to 25 hours per week, and will be given the choice to work either remotely or from BDG's New York City HQ office, depending on their role.ResponsibilitiesSupport all stages of production, including pre-production and on-set needs such as product runs between office and shoot locations, packing/unpacking equipment, coordinating transportation, and assisting with catering.Coordinate shoot orders and deliveries for: gear, props, furniture and cateringAssist with product fulfillment, tracking, shipping & returns for photo/video shootsCoordinate call sheets and creative briefing calls with production managersBook travel and accommodations for crew & BDG staff for any on-location shootsResearch new studios, crew, & stylists to add to production rolodexCollect, consolidate, and track receipts for photo/video shoot-related purchasesProvide general administrative support and assist with day-to-day production operations.RequirementsAvailability at least 3 days per week to work hybrid in NYC/On-location for shootsStrong interest in Film/Video/Photo, Media Production, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital MediaExcellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Background in production, media, video or similar and/or experience working on photo/video sets (preferred, but not mandatory)A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.You should be able to present a professional demeanor in all scenarios (as well as over email), as you'll be exposed to multiple teams at BDG and potentially advertising clients.An insatiable appetite for content on the web and all things TikTok.An enthusiasm for BDG's mission, and the energy to work at a fast-paced company.
