Project Management Systems Analyst (Wrike expertise required)Location: Hybrid OrlandoSalary Range: $70,000–$80,000Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the OpportunityThis is a newly created role within a healthcare organization that is investing in better data, stronger processes, and more informed decision-making. The team is evolving, and this position was introduced as part of a broader restructure to bring more clarity, consistency, and insight into how work gets done across the organization.At its core, this role sits at the intersection of data analysis, process improvement, and business operations. You’ll work closely with project managers and operational leaders to turn complex, sometimes messy data and workflows into clear insights, more efficient processes, and actionable recommendations.If you enjoy understanding how systems really work, finding what’s slowing teams down, and using data to help organizations run better, this role was built with you in mind.What You’ll Be DoingThis role works heavily within a project management platform (Wrike required), supporting reporting, system optimization, and day-to-day enablement of project teams.Key responsibilities include:Managing and optimizing workflows, fields, forms, and processes within the project management toolBuilding ad hoc and recurring reports to support project managers and leadershipEnsuring data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across projectsPartnering closely with PMO and operational stakeholders to understand business needs and improve system usageTraining users, answering questions, and creating clear documentation and training materialsIdentifying inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in workflows before they impact executionSupporting KPI tracking related to project volume, timelines, SLAs, and operational efficiencyTranslating data into dashboards, insights, and recommendations leaders can act onParticipating in ongoing system rebuild and optimization initiativesCross-training with team members and supporting broader reporting efforts as neededThis is not a pure reporting role. You’ll be expected to understand the “why” behind the data and help improve how information is captured and used across teams.What a Typical Day Might Look LikeReviewing reports to validate data accuracy and flag issuesPartnering with PMO leaders to adjust workflows or reporting logicAnalyzing trends to understand bottlenecks or inefficienciesUpdating forms or fields to improve downstream reportingAnswering user questions and providing guidance on best practicesBuilding dashboards or presentations for leadership discussionsExpect a mix of analysis, collaboration, and problem-solving throughout the day.What Makes Someone Successful in This RoleA strong analytical and process-oriented mindsetExperience working with project management tools (Wrike strongly required; Jira or Monday.com also considered)Comfort working cross-functionally with clinical, financial, and operational partnersAbility to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendationsA customer-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skillsAttention to detail, especially around data validation and accuracyAbility to navigate ambiguity and help bring structure to evolving systemsTools & Technical EnvironmentPrimary platform: Project management tool (Wrike)Reporting and analysis tools: Excel (advanced), BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Data querying exposure helpful (SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot), but minimal coding is requiredStrong emphasis on reporting quality, data inputs, and process designEducation & ExperienceRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldPreferred:Experience in business analysis, data analytics, operations, finance, or healthcare environmentsFamiliarity with BI tools and data visualizationExposure to project management, process improvement, or operational reportingCertifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Change Management are requiredWork EnvironmentFully remote with flexibilityOccasional in-person meetings and quarterly team gatheringsPreference for candidates based in Central Florida, but open to remote candidates outside the areaWhy This Role MattersThis position plays a critical role in helping the organization operate more efficiently by:Improving how data is captured and reportedReducing rework and inefficienciesSupporting smarter, data-driven decisionsEnabling teams to scale more effectivelyIt’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the bridge between data, systems, and people—and wants to make a real operational impact.
