Welder

Our client located in Waukesha and Slinger, WI. This is a direct hire position to their growing teams. This role offers 1st and 2nd shift openings and a $3 shift premium for 2nd shift. MUST have good job tenure/work history.Pay rate: $25- Open (based on experience)Must Haves:Fluxcore 3/32 or Solidwire 0.45 or 0.52.Must know weld symbols and basic blueprint reading.Candidates with Large Weldments and Large Fabrication experience are highly desired.Safely perform welding tasks with attention to detail and precisionInterpret welding instructions and blueprints to bring projects to lifeApply your knowledge of weld processes (Flux Core, Metal Core, GMAW, Sub Arc, etc.)Use forklifts and cranes to move materials safelyEnsure the highest quality in every weld, verifying parts for accuracySet up your welding machine like a pro, adjusting wire speed and voltageCollaborate with your team to solve challenges and meet project goalsExperience and Skills :Minimum (2) two years of welding experience (working with large or structural weldments preferred)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the dayA commitment to safety and qualityUpon hire our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package after 30 days of employment that includes: Medical, Company Paid Dental, Company Paid Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K, Profit Sharing, Tuition Reimbursement, Wellness Program and more.
