Job Description Position Description: We are seeking a Lead Maintenance who thrives in working independently to get the work done! You will perform necessary work assigned by the Property Manager to keep apartments, mechanical equipment, pools, service request and make readies in good working condition.Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.Responsibilities:Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildingsComplete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashionOversee the make ready processOrder and replace broken parts or equipmentMaintain a clean community and a safe workspacePerform other duties, as assignedQualifications: Previous experience in maintenance xaygatp or other related fieldsFamiliarity with hand-held tools and equipmentDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to handle physical workloadMust be EPA Type II CertificationHVAC Certification $23.00 - $28.00 Hourly
