Produce Repack

Overview The Repack Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations by stacking, wrapping, grading, weighing, and packing products according to company and customer requirements. This role plays an important part in maintaining product quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the repacking process to ensure items are properly prepared for storage, shipment, or distribution. Skills and Experience Repack Associates inspect products for quality standards, sort materials based on size or condition, and accurately weigh items to meet packaging specifications. Employees in this position also assist with palletizing finished goods, shrink-wrapping pallets for stability, labeling boxes correctly, and organizing product flow within the work area. Attention to detail is essential to ensure products meet grading expectations and customer guidelines before leaving the facility.
