Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Packer role based in Edinburg, TX. The Packer will be responsible for accurately sorting and packaging fresh produce according to quality standards and company guidelines. Additional responsibilities include labeling, inspecting products for quality assurance, maintaining cleanliness in the packing area, and ensuring proper handling of materials to minimize damage. Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labelingAbility to follow established quality and safety standardsBasic understanding of warehouse safety and cleanliness practicesPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materialsStrong time-management and organizational skills to meet packing deadlinesReliable and punctual with the ability to work collaboratively in a team settingPrevious experience in warehouse or packing operations is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
