Marketing Specialist
We are partnering with a growing company looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team! The Marketing Specialist will support day-to-day marketing initiatives across the organization in North America. This person will partner closely with the Product Manager to translate product features, value propositions, and roadmaps into effective, engaging marketing and sales materials.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing work and digital campaign execution. The role focuses on content creation, social media, email marketing, sales support materials, and marketing coordination in a collaborative environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:Support product launches, updates, and marketing initiativesTranslate product requirements and technical features into clear customer-focused messagingAssist in defining product positioning, key benefits, and competitive differentiationCreate and maintain sales tools such as product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, FAQs, pitch decks, and battlecardsSupport sales teams with messaging, campaign assets, and product educationCoordinate feedback from sales teams to help inform future product and marketing initiativesExecute marketing campaigns aligned to specific products, markets, or customer segmentsCoordinate digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, website content, and social media promotionsSupport lead-generation and demand-generation activities in collaboration with sales and marketing teamsAdapt and localize global marketing materials for the North American marketCreate and update marketing content using Adobe Creative SuiteConduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offeringsMonitor campaign performance and product-related marketing metricsPrepare reports and insights for the Product Manager and Sales & Marketing leadershipSupport ongoing marketing projects and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendationsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or sales supportExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteCreative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual presentationExperience supporting email marketing, campaigns, or digital marketing initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand product features and convert them into compelling marketing messagesExperience working cross-functionally with product and sales teamsStrong organizational and project management skillsCuriosity and willingness to learn technical products and industry terminologyFor confidential consideration, email careers@forgesc.com or apply directly!
