Candidates must be willing to travel to various city's in Texas and states in the central/eastern United States as needed.Travel RequirementsThis role requires regular travel ranging from 50% to 70% to project sites, typically for key milestones, site walks, or meetings with general contractors. Travel frequency varies by project phase and business needs.OverviewWe are seeking a junior‑ to mid‑level Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative to support commercial and industrial construction projects with a strong focus on pre‑construction activities, permitting, invoicing, and internal stakeholder coordination.This role works closely with senior project leadership, general contractors, designers, and internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder construction environment.Key Responsibilities Support construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout Focus heavily on early‑phase project support, including: Pre‑construction planning and coordination Permitting and AHJ coordination Invoicing review and cost tracking Internal stakeholder coordination and communication Attend all meetings with general contractors and project partners Assist with project documentation, schedules, budgets, and status reporting Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, and internal teams Support site visits, walkthroughs, and milestone inspections alongside project partners Track action items and follow‑ups from meetings and ensure timely resolution Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and local regulations Escalate risks, issues, or delays to senior project leadership as appropriate Top Must‑Have Qualifications 3+ years of Construction Management or Project Coordination experience Experience supporting commercial or industrial construction projects Exposure to pre‑construction, permitting, and invoicing processes Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Strong organizational and follow‑through skills Clear communication skills and comfort working with multiple internal stakeholders and external contractors Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Prior experience supporting an Owner’s Representative or client‑side construction team Familiarity working with AHJs, permitting offices, or utility providers Experience attending and supporting GC‑led meetings and site walks Exposure to multi‑site or geographically distributed projects Experience Level Junior‑ to early mid‑level professional 3+ years of relevant construction or project coordination experience Demonstrated ability to support multiple active projects and stakeholders simultaneously Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
