Plato, MN Order: 128757 Order Type : Direct Hire Now Hiring: CNC Operator Location: Plato, MN Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm (will train on day shift 6:30am-3:00pm for 6-8 weeks) Employment Type: Direct Hire About this Opportunity:The CNC Operator is responsible for operating computer-controlled machines to process and shape materials into precision products of solid surface and other materials. This is an operator-only role focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Be Doing:• Measure finished work pieces using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform required machining functions • Review work instructions and drawings to determine machine operations and sequencing • Monitor machine performance and make basic operational adjustments as needed • Maintain machines and replace broken or worn tools • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and the Safety AWAIR program • Perform other related duties as assigned by manager within scope of practice.
