We're growing fast and are looking for an experienced Tooling Mold Maker to help us keep quality at the core of everything we do.What You'll DoBuild new molds and perform repairs on production moldsOperate tool room equipment safely and efficiently, including CNC machines, lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM equipmentInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and dimensional tolerancesAnalyze tool designs and recommend improvements to mold construction and functionalityPrepare and verify injection molds for qualification in molding machinesUtilize software to review and support 3D mold design during build and assemblyInspect and verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, dial indicators, gage blocks)Troubleshoot molds and perform maintenance as neededCommunicate tooling issues with the Tooling Manager and production teamsCoordinate with the Tooling Manager to prioritize workload and assignmentsComplete and maintain required documentation for tooling and repairsReview specifications, blueprints, and shop data to resolve issues related to materials, tolerances, manufacturing processes, and costPerform other duties as assignedWhat You BringJourneyman Tool & Die Maker certification or equivalent experience5+ years of plastic injection mold experienceProficiency with CAM systems, CNC mills, and EDM equipmentHighly skilled with electrode design and machining.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailBasic computer skills (data entry, documentation, systems use)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, crouching, standing, etc.)Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently or as part of a teamCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Dependent CareCompany-paid life insurance and disability coverage401(k) with employer match11 paid holidays + 80 hours PTOTuition assistance and career developmentEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee referral bonusesLet's Build Something Great Together If you're looking for a career—not just a job—with a company that respects craftsmanship, values your experience, and champions your future, we want to hear from you.Apply today and let's mold the future—together.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
