We are seeking a seasoned, facial-focused Esthetician who is deeply experienced in skin health and passionate about delivering elevated, results-oriented facial treatments.This role is designed for an Esthetician who sees facials as their primary craft, not just one service among many.About This RoleThis is a facial-first, skin-expert role. You will work with clients seeking anti-aging, acne correction, and long-term skin health - not just a single relaxing facial.Experience with other services is a big bonus, but advanced facial expertise is required.You will travel between all three Lashiqué locations and serve as a trusted skin authority for our clientele.Core ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Facial Treatments & Skin ExpertisePerform customized, results-driven facial treatmentsDeliver advanced anti-aging and acne-focused facialsConfidently perform chemical peels and dermaplaningConduct thorough skin analysis and consultationsUtilize advanced facial massage techniquesIncorporate scalp, neck, and shoulder massage where appropriate to elevate the experienceTreatment Planning & Client Education Prescribe custom treatment plans, including series and recommended treatment frequencyEducate clients on skin health, treatment progression, and realistic outcomesRecommend and prescribe home care regimens to support in-spa resultsBuild long-term client relationships based on trust and resultsRetail & Home Care (Education-Based) Confidently recommend professional skincare products aligned with treatment goalsEducate clients on product usage and long-term skin maintenanceSupport retail, package, and membership goals through professional recommendationsCollaboration & Brand Standards Travel between Lashiqué locations as scheduledCollaborate with guest experience and sales teams to support seamless client journeysMaintain Lashiqué service standards, protocols, and professional presentationRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Active California Esthetician licenseSeveral years of hands-on professional experience, facial-focusedAdvanced expertise in:Anti-aging treatmentsAcne treatmentsCustomized facial protocolsChemical peelsDermaplaningStrong consultation, skin analysis, and treatment-planning skillsPolished, professional presence BIG BONUS (Not Required, But Highly Valued) Lash extensionsLash lift & tintBrow laminationBrow shaping & tintingWaxing servicesSpray tanning(Please indicate which additional services you are certified in.)
