Senior AccountantPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing manufacturing organization. This role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, inventory accounting, internal controls, and operational financial analysis across multiple facilities.The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, experience within a manufacturing environment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This position offers strong visibility across finance and operations while providing opportunities for long-term growth and development.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute accurate accounting entries, financial reports, and reconciliations in a timely mannerPerform monthly reconciliations for inventory, bank accounts, sub-ledgers, and assigned balance sheet accountsAnalyze monthly P&L results and identify trends, variances, and operational impactsSupport internal and external audit requests, including year-end audit preparation and documentationCoordinate intercompany payable and receivable reconciliations across multiple entitiesSupport cost accounting activities and manufacturing financial reportingProvide financial data and reporting support to leadership teamsAssist with payroll approval and reconciliation processesDocument accounting procedures and recommend process improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and plant leadership teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required3+ years of accounting experience requiredManufacturing accounting experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principlesExperience with inventory accounting and cost accountingERP system experience required; SAP experience preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience supporting AP/AR processes and account reconciliationsPreferred BackgroundManufacturing or plant accounting experienceMulti-entity or multi-location accounting exposureAudit support experienceExperience working in a growth-oriented environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageBonus potential401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offLife insuranceEmployee assistance programLong-term career growth opportunitiesWork EnvironmentFull-timeOnsite positionDay shift / standard business hours
