Project Manager - Custom Automotive Operations

Job DescriptionWe are a professional custom automotive company specializing in high-quality vehicle builds, restorations, and performance enhancements. We are seeking an entry-level Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of custom automotive projects. This role is well-suited for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and an interest in project management within a technical, production-driven environment.The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with shop leadership, technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with customer expectations and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end management of custom automotive projects, from authorization through completionTrack project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure adherence to schedulesServe as a point of coordination between production teams, management, vendors, and customersAssist with project documentation, including work orders, change requests, and progress reportsCoordinate parts procurement and vendor communication to support project timelinesIdentify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to senior management as appropriateParticipate in project review meetings and provide status updatesAssist with quality assurance checks prior to final vehicle deliveryEnsure compliance with internal processes and documentation standardsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field preferredStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skillsEffective written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environmentProficiency with basic office software, including email and spreadsheetsProfessional demeanor with internal teams and external customersPreferred QualificationsExposure to automotive, manufacturing, or fabrication environmentsInternship or entry-level experience in project coordination or operationsFamiliarity with project tracking tools or ERP/shop management systemsCustomer-facing or client coordination experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive entry-level compensation commensurate with experienceTraining and professional development opportunitiesClear career progression within project management or operationsCollaborative and performance-driven work environmentHealth insurance plan paid in full for employee401-K retirement benefit2 weeks paid vacation per yearPaid holidaysMonday to Friday 8AM to 5PM - No weekends!Teamwork and camaraderieA place you can be proud to work at and call home!
