Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)Description:IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a *** bill rate bump per hour**LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT**First Time Travelers: YesShift Requirements: 16 week assignments available.FLOATING REQUIRED TO PROGRESSIVE CARECertification Requirements: ACLS, BLS requiredSkillset Requirements:-Interpretation/Management of dysrhythmias-Arterial line management-Starting IVs-Continuous IV sedation-Titrate Cardiac drips-Care of Ventilated Patient-Ventilator ManagementStaffing Ratios: 1:2Unit Information: 18 bed open critical care unit Staffed 2 patients to 1 RN unless high acuity then 1:1, No ECMO, No Transplant No NeuroTrauma/Neurosurg. CV/Open Heart surgery staffed by Ball/own nurses for first 36 hours. Resp Failure, Sepsis, CHF, Covid numbers declining, STEMI, Surgical. IABP and CVVHD ran on unit but not necessary for travel contract.Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW).
