Role OverviewWe are looking for hands-on Network Engineers to support large-scale data center build-outs and ongoing operations. This role focuses on rack & stack, structured cabling, and break/fix troubleshooting to ensure high availability of infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform rack & stack of network devices (switches, routers)Execute structured cabling (fiber & copper: install, route, label)Handle break/fix troubleshooting:Switch replacementSFP/QSFP transceiver replacementFiber cable repair/testingSupport data center deployment & build-outConduct connectivity validation & testingMaintain inventory & asset trackingFollow network diagrams & rack elevationsEnsure clean cable management and rack organizationDocument issues, fixes, and processesRequired Skills3–7+ years in data center networking / infrastructureStrong hands-on experience with:Structured cabling (fiber/copper)Rack & stack / hardware installationBreak/fix troubleshootingExperience with:Cisco / Arista / Juniper switchesFiber optics, patch panels, transceiversAbility to work independently onsiteStrong troubleshooting mindsetPreferred SkillsExperience in hyperscale DCs (AWS, Google, Meta, etc.)Exposure to HPC / GPU environmentsBasic networking knowledge (protocols/configs)CCNA or similar certification
