Role Overview:
We are looking for hands-on Network Engineers to support large-scale data center build-outs and ongoing operations. This role focuses on rack & stack, structured cabling, and break/fix troubleshooting to ensure high availability of infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform rack & stack of network devices (switches, routers)
Execute structured cabling (fiber & copper: install, route, label)
Handle break/fix troubleshooting:
- Switch replacementSFP/QSFP transceiver replacement
- Fiber cable repair/testing
- Support data center deployment & build-out
- Conduct connectivity validation & testing
- Maintain inventory & asset tracking
- Follow network diagrams & rack elevations
- Ensure clean cable management and rack organization
- Document issues, fixes, and processes
- Required Skills3–7+ years in data center networking / infrastructure
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Structured cabling (fiber/copper)
- Rack & stack / hardware installation
- Break/fix troubleshooting
- Experience with:
- Cisco / Arista / Juniper switches
- Fiber optics, patch panels, transceivers
- Ability to work independently onsite
- Strong troubleshooting mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience in hyperscale DCs (AWS, Google, Meta, etc.)Exposure to HPC / GPU environments Basic networking knowledge (protocols/configs)CCNA or similar certification
