Role: Python AI DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week)W2 ContractRequired SkillsStrong programming experience in Python.Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph.Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker.
