Job Description Pigtails & Crewcuts Hillsboro is a salon that caters to children & families, with an established customer base that continues to grow fast.Experience level:None. We're open 9:30a-6p Mon-Sun, which means NO early starts or late nights!Stylists average $1500+ per month in tips, working on an average 4 days per week.General Responsibilities:Cut hairProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries/concerns/complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized salon environmentStay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to provide expert advice to clientsRequirements:Valid Cosmetology or Barber or Hair-design license.Full Time employment / Available to open & close salon / Available Saturdays & SundaysCompensation:Competitive guaranteed base wageGreat tips paid in cash everydayBonus programBiweekly paychecksJob Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (including tips)Expected hours: 24-30 per weekBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleHealth benefits Weekly day range:We prefer weekend supports.
